Same Open Airway. Nobody Knows You're Wearing It.
The black strip does the job at night. The clear strip does the same job at 2 PM — without the stare. 4–6 hours of open nasal airway. Completely discreet.

NGL... Before you buy
This is not a sleep strip. For 8–12 hours overnight, use the Black or Pink Nose Strip.
The Clear strip is built for 4–6 hours of daytime use, during commute, in office, on a flight. Use it when you need open airways but don't need or don't want people to notice.
When It Makes Sense
-
Long-haul flights
Cabin pressure affects your nasal airway. Open the passage. Breathe easier. Land in better shape.
-
Office afternoons
Low energy, foggy head, mouth breathing at your desk. The fix takes 5 seconds. No one will notice.
-
Yoga & light training
nasal breathing during exercise is more efficient. The strip keeps the airway open when your body wants to default to mouth breathing.
-
Morning commute
Sinuses slow to clear after waking. Give your nose a lift.
FAQs
-
How long does the Clear strip hold?
4–6 hours. After that, the adhesive begins to release. For overnight use, switch to the Black or Pink strip (8–12 hour hold).
-
Is it truly invisible?
Nearly. On most skin tones, it disappears within a few feet. Up close, you can see it. That's why it's called "clear" not "invisible."
-
Same size as the Black nose strips?
Yes. 60 × 22 mm. Same fit, same lift, clearer material.
-
Can I layer it with the Black strip at night?
No. Use one strip at a time. One job, one strip.
-
Can kids use this?
Not this one. Get the HAP Nose Strips - Kids (Red). It's 48 × 18 mm, designed for smaller nose bridges, for children 5 years and up.
-
Can I reuse a strip?
No. One strip, one time use. Dispose and move on.
-
Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive. If you have eczema or particularly reactive skin, test on a small patch of their cheek first. And usewarm water to damp strip to remove, it's gentler on delicate skin.
The 1-2-3 "Decongestion" Routine
-
1. Open Your Nose
Apply the HAP nose strip. Actually press it down for 5 seconds. If the nose is oily, it won't stick. Clean it first. Don't blame the strip.
-
2. Nose Decongestion
Do the Nasal Decongestion Exercise. It works, but only if you actually try.
If you skip this and they’re still blocked, that’s on you.
-
3. Breathe light
Mouth closed. Tongue on the roof of the mouth. Slow, quiet breaths.
Here's where the magic lies. Skip this and nothing changes. Then you might as well skip the nose strips, too.
My Journey to Clearer Breathing
"Growing up with asthma and sinusitis, I was a habitual mouth breather—constantly tired, always thirsty. I even considered surgery. Then, I discovered nose strips. That moment sparked HAP: a simple, drug-free way to help others clear congestion and breathe better. I know firsthand the difference it makes." — Edwin, Founder of HAP
