Let's get real... Before you add to cart:

This bundle covers both types of snoring: mouth and nose. But knowing which type you have changes how you use it.

Mouth snorer? The mouth tape is your primary fix. Your mouth drops open, your airway narrows, you snore. Seal the lips. Problem addressed at the source.

Nose snorer? The nose strip is your primary fix. Your nasal passage is narrow or congested. The strip opens the airway. Less resistance, less noise.

Both? That's most people. Use both. That's what the bundle is for.

What this won't fix:
Sleep apnea. If you stop breathing in your sleep, not just snore, see a doctor. This is not a CPAP replacement.
Deep sinus blockage from a severe cold or infection. The strip opens the nasal airway. It cannot drain a blocked sinus. Do the nasal decongestion exercise first.

If you snore and you're willing to do the ritual every night... this works.
If you want a passive fix that requires nothing from you... it won't.

Why You Snore?

(And why it's not your fault. But, it's your job to fix it.)

  • Mouth Snoring

You breathe through your mouth at night. Your mouth dries out. Your tongue drops back. Your throat narrows. Turbulent airflow. That noise is snoring.

    Fix: Close your mouth

  • Nose Snoring

Your nose is blocked or narrow. You're fighting for air with every breath. The harder you pull, the louder the noise.

    Fix: Open your nose

  • 1. Open Your Nose

Apply the HAP Nose Strip on clean, dry skin. Press firmly for 5 seconds. Feel the nasal airway lift and open.

If your nose is still blocked, do the nasal decongestion exercise. It works, but only if you actually try.

  • 2. Gently Seal Your Lips

Apply HAP Mouth Tape horizontally across your closed lips, on clean, dry skin.

First night it feels strange. That's normal. By night 3, you stop noticing it.
Your mouth stays closed. Nasal breathing takes over.

  • 3. Breathe Light

Unclench your jaw. Tongue on the roof of your mouth. Slow, quiet, nasal breaths.

This is where the habit forms.

The strip and tape are tools. This step is the actual work. Skip it and the other two carry you maybe 30% of the way.

Do this every night. Not when you remember. Every night.

How to Remove the Mouth Tape

Don't rip it off.

The adhesive that holds through 8 hours of sleep will be tight on removal if you go fast. Warm water dissolves it completely. Takes 30 seconds. Always worth it.

Every morning:

  1. 1. Wet your lips or hold a warm damp cloth over the tape for 20–30 seconds.
  2. Peel slowly from one corner. Pull flat along the skin, not away from it.

Sensitive skin? Give it a full minute of warm water first. Then peel.
Same applies for the nose strip: peel from one side, slow, after wetting.
If there is sticky residue? Rub with a drop of coconut oil or cooking oil to remove it cleanly.

  • HAP Mouth Tape (Black)

A breathable cotton tape that gently seals your lips closed. Guides your body into nasal breathing. Centre slit allows easy release — you can open your mouth at any time. 76 × 38 mm, fits adult mouths. Hold: 8–12 hours.

  • HAP Nose Strip (Black or Pink)

A spring-loaded band that gently lifts the sides of your nostrils. The nasal airway widens. Airflow resistance drops. Nose snoring reduces.
60 × 22 mm — fits most adult nose bridges.
    Hold: 8–12 hours.

Why buy the bundle?

Most people who snore have a mix of both types. Using nose strip alone fixes nose snoring but leaves the mouth open. Using mouth tape alone seals the mouth but leaves a blocked nose nowhere to go. Together, they address the full picture.

  • Is mouth taping safe?

Yes, for most adults. The tape doesn't seal your mouth shut, it guides your lips closed. The centre slit means airflow is always accessible. One hard rule: if you can't breathe comfortably through your nose, don't tape your mouth until you can. Fix the nose first.

  • How long until I see results?

You'll feel the airway open immediately. Real change, quieter breathing, sleeping through the night, partner noticing the difference, typically shows within two weeks of consistent use.

Fully retraining your body to nose breathe automatically takes 3–6 months. Consistency is the only shortcut.

  • How do the nose strip and mouth tape work together?

The nose strip opens the nasal airway. The mouth tape keeps your lips sealed. Together, your body switches to breathe through a clear, open nose.

  • Can I use just one of them?

Yes, but it depends on your snoring type. Mouth snorers: start with mouth tape. Nose snorers: start with the nose strip. If you're unsure or it's a mix of both, use both. That's why the bundle exists.

  • Can I reuse the tape or strips?

No. Single-use. One night, one tape, one strip. Dispose and move on.

  • What if I'm claustrophobic with tape on my mouth?

Try it for 20 minutes during the day, then on day 2 try it while still awake and relaxed before your first night. The tape is a gentle guide. You can still move your mouth. Most people who feel anxious the first night stop noticing it by night 3–4.

  • Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive on both products. If you have eczema or particularly reactive skin, test on a small patch of their cheek first. And always use the warm water removal method above, it's gentler on delicate skin.

  • Does this work for sleep apnea?

No. If you have diagnosed sleep apnea, speak to your doctor. HAP addresses snoring caused by mouth breathing and nasal congestion, not obstructive sleep apnea.

My Journey to Clearer Breathing

"I was a chronic mouth breather who tried every spray and almost booked surgery. A nose strip changed my sleep in one night. I got so curious I trained as a Buteyko Breathing Instructor — then built HAP. The method works. The strips make it easier."
- Edwin, Certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor & Founder of HAP
