Finally, Beat Snoring
And, Sleep Together Again Tonight
Before: You breathe through your mouth. Either your nose is blocked, or over years you have built a habit of mouth breathing. During sleep, your tongue falls back, throat muscles loosen and block the airway. This causes mouth snoring. You have broken sleep, wake up with a dry throat and feel tired in the morning.
With HAP: HAP Mouth Tape to gently seal the lips, to encourage nose breathing. You sleep with mouth closed, quietly, and wake up feeling refreshed. Pair with HAP nose strip to gently open the nose, if you have nasal congestion.
The 90-Night Program
Three months to make nose breathing a habit
One night won’t change how you breathe. A habit takes time. Most people need 3 to 6 months. The 90 Night Program is the first three.
What's included
- 3 packs of nose strips (90 strips), one for every night
- 3 packs of mouth tape (90 tapes), one for every night
- Breathing & Sleep Notion Tracker ($19 value)
The HAP Protocol
Three steps. Five minutes. Every night.
The strip helps your child breathe through the nose. The routine makes it a habit. Do the same three steps each night.
Open Your Nose
Apply the strip to clean, dry skin. Press for 5 seconds. Still blocked? Do the Nose Unblocking Exercise, 3 minutes.

Seal Your Lips
Apply the mouth tape across closed lips. Feels strange the first night. Gone by night 3.
Mouth tape is for adults (18 and above) only.
Breathe Light & Slow
Jaw unclenched, tongue on the roof of the mouth, slow nasal breaths. The strip and tape set the conditions. This step builds the habit. Skip it, the other two won't matter.
Before you buy
Mouth tape stops mouth snoring.
Nose strip reduces nose snoring. It won't stop altogether, that needs your nose to be totally clear. If your nose is blocked, open it first, use a nose strip or try the Nose Unblocking Exercise.
🔴 If you have diagnosed sleep apnea, see a doctor. This isn't a CPAP replacement.
FAQs
Is mouth taping safe?
Yes, for most adults. The tape guides your lips closed, it doesn't seal them shut. If you can't breathe comfortably through your nose, fix that first before taping your mouth. Mouth tape is only for adults 18 years and up.
Who is mouth tape not for?
Not for children under 18.
Avoid if you have nasal congestion, BMI over 35, sleep apnea, asthma, heart or breathing conditions, cold, sinus or ear infections, broken or irritated skin around the mouth, or a history of reflux or vomiting. Avoid after alcohol or sedatives. Discontinue if you experience discomfort, difficulty breathing, or skin sensitivity.
How long until I see results?
You'll feel the airway open immediately with the nose strip. Within two weeks, quieter breathing, better sleep. The habit, nasal breathing as your automatic default, takes 3 to 6 months of consistent nightly use.
Can I use just the tape, without the nose strip?
Depends on your snoring type. Mouth snorers can start with tape alone. If you're also congested, or unsure, use both.
Can I reuse a strip / tape?
No. One strip / tape, one night. Dispose and move on.
Will it fit my nose?
HAP Adult nose strips are designed to fit most adult noses, sized 60 x 22 mm. Available in black and violet.
HAP Kids nose strips are designed for kids 5 years and up, and for smaller nose bridges, sized 48 x 18 mm. All 5 colours are the same size.

Built by someone who needed it
"I was a chronic mouth breather who tried every spray and almost booked surgery. A nose strip changed my sleep in one night. I got so curious I trained as a Buteyko Breathing Instructor, then built HAP."
