1K+ people got their breathing act together #HAPFam

Why you snore? And, what to do.

  • Mouth Snoring

You’re breathing through your mouth. Your mouth dries out, your tongue drops back, and your throat gets narrow. That makes the airflow turbulent. That’s snoring. Just close your mouth.

  • Nose Snoring

Your nose is blocked or congested. You have to pull air in extra hard just to breathe. That struggle makes the snoring noise. Open & clear your nose.

  • 1. Gently Seal Your Lips

Apply HAP Mouth Tape. Yes, it feels like a hostage situation...that’s called adulting. Mouth sealed. Let’s go.

    Try HAP Mouth Tape
  • 2. Open Your Nose

Apply the HAP Nose Strip. Actually press it down and feel the airway open. If your nose is still blocked, do the nasal decongestion exercise. It works, but only if you actually try.

    Try HAP Nose Strip
  • 3. Breathe Light

Forget Fast & Furious. The faster and heavier you breathe, the louder you snore. Unclench your jaw. Tongue on the roof of your mouth. Breathe lightly and slowly. Let your body calm down.

  • Mouth Tape

Keeps your lips closed. That's it. No drugs, no machines, no apps. Just your mouth... shut.

Forces your body to do what it was designed to do: breathe through your nose.

  • Nose Strips

Lift your nostrils to open the nasal airway. Simple mechanics so you can breathe through your nose.

Available in Black, Pink, and Red (Small).

For adults who want sleep and kids who need it.

Blocked Nose? The 1-2-3 Nasal Decongestion Routine

  • 1. Open Your Nose

Apply the HAP nose strip. Actually press it down for 5 seconds. If the nose is oily, it won't stick. Clean it first. Don't blame the strip.

  • 2. Nose Decongestion

Do the nasal decongestion exercise. It works, but only if you actually try.

If you skip this and they’re still blocked, that’s on you.

    Try Nose Decongestion Exercise
  • 3. Breathe light, sleep restfully

Mouth closed. Tongue on the roof of the mouth. Slow, quiet breaths.

Here's where the magic lies. Skip this and nothing changes. Then you might as well skip the nose strips, too.

Let’s Break Up

I confess. I don’t want you using HAP forever. I want you to get your breathing act together. When you’ve retrained your body to nose-breathe on autopilot, then let’s break up.

Win the battle. Lose the habit. Move on.
