📦 Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Your parcel will be delivered straight to your letterbox, so be sure to check for it!

⚠️ Redelivery / Failed Delivery Fees

• If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or contact information provided by you, a $3 fee will be charged.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, a $3 fee will be charged and only the remaining balance (after deducting the fee) will be refunded.

📍 Delivery Areas
Currently, we do not deliver to:
- Offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Tekong)
- Restricted areas (e.g. military camps, ports)
