How to Use Mouth Tape?

  • 1. Clean & Dry

    Clean and dry lips and skin around your mouth.

  • 2. Peel backing

    Peel backing off mouth tape

  • 3. Apply horizontally

    Apply horizontally over closed lips

  • 4. Done.

    Have a good night.

To remove mouth tape, wet mouth tape, peel slowly from one corner. Don't rip off.

Too sticky to remove or sensitive skin? Wet mouth tape for ~1 minute to loosen adhesive, then peel gently.
