Our Story
HAP is not for everyone.
If you want a magic pill... it ain't HAP.
If you're willing to fix how you breathe... keep reading.

Hi, I'm Edwin. Certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor. Founder of HAP.
I grew up with asthma, chronic sinusitis, and a mouth permanently open at night. Always tired. Always thirsty. Always one bad sleep away from a terrible day.
I tried nasal sprays. I was told to "just live with it." I was recommended surgery, otherwise, anti-histamines for life.
Then I tried a nose strip.
The airway opened. I breathed through my nose. I slept through the night.
That was it. That was the whole fix — mechanical, not medical, and nobody had told me.
I got curious. I went deep into breathing science. Trained in the Buteyko Method. Got certified. Started teaching it.
Then I built HAP — because the method works, but people need a tool that supports it every night, not just in a clinic.
The strips and tape are the hardware.
The Buteyko-based 1-2-3 ritual is the software.
That's the system.
Why Buteyko?
Here's the short version.
Chronic mouth breathing tanks your CO₂ tolerance. And CO₂, despite its bad reputation, is what tells your body to release oxygen to your cells. Drop it too low, your airways constrict, your sleep fragments, and you snore like a freight train.
The fix isn't deeper breathing. It's less breathing. Nasal. Light. Slow.
That's the science behind every step of the HAP ritual:
- Nose strip: opens the airway so nasal breathing is easy.
- Mouth tape: closes the mouth so your body has no choice.
- Breathe Light: rebuilds your CO₂ tolerance. This is where the habit actually forms.
Do it consistently for 3–6 months and nasal breathing becomes automatic.
That's the finish line. That's why HAP exists.

Why "HAP"?
Old English. Root of *happy* and *happening*.
Originally meant luck — an unexpected moment of goodness.
That's what a clear nose at bedtime feels like after years of struggling.
That's what we're selling.
Drug-free. Tech-free. Buteyko-backed.
