Our Story

HAP – Breathe. Sleep. Live. Free

I know firsthand the impact of impaired breathing. Growing up with asthma, then later struggling with sinusitis, I became a habitual mouth breather—both in sleep and daily life. I never realised how much this was affecting my health, I was constantly tired and was very thirsty throughout the night. I even had an ENT specialist suggest surgery to fix my sinuses. But surgery wasn’t the path I wanted to take.

Then, I discovered nose strips — a simple yet life-changing solution.

"I could actually feel more AIR flowing through my nose!"

That moment sparked an idea and HAP took its first breath (pun intended).

Why HAP?

HAP is a small word with a lot of heart. It comes from the Old English root of words like “happy” and “happening.” Originally, hap meant luck, fortune, or a chance moment — the kind of unexpected goodness that makes life better.

At HAP, we believe wellness is built on those small, meaningful moments:
A deep breath. A restful night. A great workout.
Moments that bring us back to ourselves. Moments that feel like… happiness.

So, we created HAP to support those moments — starting with something as simple (and powerful) as better breathing.

Because when you breathe better, you feel better.
And when you feel better, you live better.

That’s the HAP way.
