Refund policy

Changed your mind. Wrong product. Life happened. That's fine.

Conditions:

  • First purchase from livehap.com only.
  • 50% or more of the strips must be unused.
  • Contact us within 30 days of your order date.

How to return:

  1. Email hello@livehap.com within 30 days of your order date.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and your reason.
  3. We'll send return instructions and our Singapore return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, refund processed within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping: Return postage is on you — unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, we cover it.
