HAP Sizing Guide

Find your perfect fit for better breathing.

Option 1: Download & Print

1. Download our HAP Sizing Kit PDF.
2. Print at 100% scale (do not scale to fit).
3. Cut out the sizing strips, use rectangle dotted lines as the guide
4. Place nose strip across the bridge of your nose to see which one fits best — it should comfortably span the width of your nostrils and stay centred.
5. Or, place mouth tape across the mouth to see if it fits.

 

Option 2: DIY Test
No printer? No worries.
Cut a strip out of paper roughly in these sizes:

• Regular: 60mm wide by 22 mm height

• Small: 48mm wide by 18 mm height

Place across your nose bridge. A proper fit covers both nostrils without overextending.

✅ Pro Tip:
If you’re between sizes or have oily skin, go with the Regular for better hold.
