This is not a magic wand for snoring. Mouth tape will not fix nose snoring. If your nose is blocked, seal your lips and you'll just breathe harder through a blocked nose.

How to Remove the Mouth Tape

Don't rip it off.

The adhesive that holds through 8 hours of sleep will be tight on removal if you go fast. Warm water dissolves it completely. Takes 30 seconds. Always worth it.

Every morning:

  1. 1. Wet your lips or hold a warm damp cloth over the tape for 20–30 seconds.
  2. Peel slowly from one corner. Pull flat along the skin, not away from it.

Sensitive skin? Give it a full minute of warm water first. Then peel.
Same applies for the nose strip: peel from one side, slow, after wetting.
If there is sticky residue? Rub with a drop of coconut oil or cooking oil to remove it cleanly.

  • Is mouth taping safe?

    Yes, for most adults. The tape doesn't seal your mouth shut, it guides your lips closed. The centre slit means airflow is always accessible. One hard rule: if you can't breathe comfortably through your nose, don't tape your mouth until you can. Fix the nose first.

  • How long until I see results?

    You'll feel the airway open immediately. Real change, quieter breathing, sleeping through the night, partner noticing the difference, typically shows within two weeks of consistent use.

  • What if I'm claustrophobic with tape on my mouth?

    Try it for 20 minutes during the day, then on day 2 try it while still awake and relaxed before your first night. The tape is a gentle guide. You can still move your mouth. Most people who feel anxious the first night stop noticing it by night 3–4.

  • Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?

    Yes, medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive on both products. If you have eczema or particularly reactive skin, test on a small patch of their cheek first. And always use the warm water removal method above, it's gentler on delicate skin.
