Why it works
When the nose is blocked, a child's body switches to the mouth. That means:
- Mouth open and throat dry
- Tossing instead of deep sleep
- Quiet snoring or heavy breathing
- Tired in the morning after a full night in bed
The HAP Kids Nose Strip lifts the sides of the nostrils, the same way you would hold them open with your fingers. The airway opens. Resistance drops. Breathing gets quieter.
No spray. No medicine. A strip and a routine.
48 x 18mm. Sized for kids 5 and up, and adults with smaller nose bridges. Not sure it fits? Check sizing.
Designed for Kids' Noses
Most nose strips are adult strips. Too long. Too wide. They grip the cheeks, not the nose. No lift, and off by midnight. Edwin went through countless prototype strips before the kids' shape was right. 48 x 18 mm. Sized for a small nose bridge. Long enough to lift the airway, short enough to stay off the cheeks.
The 90-Night Program
This is where the habit forms.
One night does not retrain a mouth-breathing habit. Most families notice a difference in the first two weeks. Making nose breathing the default takes 3 to 6 months.
The 90 Night Program is the first three months, set up so your child sticks with it.

The HAP Bedtime Protocol
-
1. Open Your Nose
Apply the strip to clean, dry skin. Press for 5 seconds.
-
2. Still blocked? Do this.
The strip opens the airway. It doesn't clear a genuine cold or allergy blockage. If they're still stuffed, do the Nose Unblocking Exercise before bed.
-
3. Breathe light
Jaw unclenched, tongue on the roof of your mouth, slow nasal breaths.
Is HAP right for your child?
Yes, if your child:
- Is 5 or older (under 5, the strip won’t fit)
- Has a blocked nose at bedtime
- Breathes through the mouth at night
- Wakes up tired
See a doctor first if your child:
- Snores loudly or often, or gasps or pauses in sleep
- Has enlarged tonsils or adenoids, nasal polyps, glue ear, asthma or suspected sleep apnea
The strip eases breathing but won’t fix the cause if your child has a deviated septum, narrow nasal valves, enlarged turbinates, allergies or sinusitis. That’s a question for your doctor.
The strip opens the airway. The Nose Unblocking Exercise unblocks the nose. A stuffy nose needs both.

FAQs
Which colour should I pick?
Let your child choose. They are all the same strip with the same fit and hold. Let your child decide, so they own the routine.
Can I mix colours in the 90 Night Program?
Yes. Mix and match 3 packs of HAP Kids Nose Strips of any colour.
How does the subscription work?
Receive a 90-Night Program kit every 90 days. Pause or cancel anytime.
How long until we see results?
Many kids feel the airway open the first night. Most families see a clear difference within two weeks. Making nose breathing a habit takes 3 to 6 months.
Will my child keep it on all night?
Most kids adapt in 3 to 5 nights. Let them pick the colour and apply it themselves if they are old enough. If it falls off, the skin was not clean and dry. Wet wipe, dry fully, press for 5 seconds.
Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, medical-grade hypoallergenic. If your child has eczema or reactive skin, test on a small patch of cheek first. Always remove with warm water.
Can I reuse the strip?
No. Single-use. One strip, one night.

I made this for my son. Now for yours.
I'm Edwin, Founder of HAP and a certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor.
I grew up with chronic sinusitis. Mouth breathing every night. Always tired. My ENT gave me two options: surgery, or antihistamines for life. I chose neither.
A simple nose strip opened my airway. For the first time, I breathed through my nose all night. That was the whole fix. Mechanical, not medical. So I trained in the Buteyko method and built HAP.
Then I noticed my son. Mouth open at night. Quiet snoring. Waking up tired. Nothing on the market was built for a kid's nose. So I built one.
He wears it every night now. So do I.
I built HAP because I needed it. I built the Kids strip because my son did.
