Your Nose is Blocked. This Fixes That.

Best Sleep Ever... 1000+ #HAPFam
Why it works
A narrow or congested nasal passage means you're pulling air through a tight gap. That resistance is what makes breathing feel hard, and what pushes you into mouth breathing at night.
The strip uses a spring-loaded triple-band to lift the sides of your nostrils open. Wider passage, less resistance, easier nasal breathing, reduce nose snoring. No drug, no spray.
Pair with Mouth Tape to stop mouth snoring.
The HAP Protocol
-
1. Open Your Nose
Apply the strip to clean, dry skin. Press for 5 seconds.
-
2. Still blocked? Do this.
The strip opens the airway. It doesn't clear a genuine cold or allergy blockage. If they're still stuffed, do the Nose Unblocking Exercise before bed.
-
3. Breathe Light
Jaw unclenched, tongue on the roof of your mouth, slow nasal breaths.
Before you buy
If you don't feel blocked, you don't need this. It's a tool for a specific problem, not a general wellness accessory.
If you snore because your mouth drops open at night, the strip alone won't fix that. Pair it with mouth tape, or get the Beat Snoring Bundle.

FAQs
How long until I see results?
You'll feel the airway open immediately. The habit, nasal breathing as your automatic default, takes 3 to 6 months of consistent nightly use.
Can I reuse a strip?
No. One strip, one night. Dispose and move on.
Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, medical-grade hypoallergenic. Test on a small patch first if you're prone to reactions.
Will this fix sleep apnea or a severe sinus infection?
No. See a doctor for either. The strip addresses nasal airway resistance, not diagnosed medical conditions.

Built by someone who needed it
"I was a chronic mouth breather who tried every spray and almost booked surgery. A nose strip changed my sleep in one night. I got so curious I trained as a Buteyko Breathing Instructor, then built HAP."
