1️⃣ Clean nose with wet wipes, remove oil, dirt, grime.\

2️⃣ Dry nose completely

3️⃣ Peel backing off nose strip

4️⃣ Stick nose strip onto nose bridge & hold

5️⃣ Gently rub to activate adhesive

6️⃣ Done

To remove nose strip, peel off gently from the side. If you find the strip too sticky to remove or have sensitive skin, dampen tape with warm water to loosen the adhesive.
