I've stopped using my prescribed steroid nose spray at night. I've been using the strip at night in place of steroid spray. Works even better then the spray.

Instantly felt my nasal passages opened up and cardio/gym performance was improved. I was able to breathe better and push through tough workouts. It was also very secure and doesnt fall off throughout. I also slept better and much more soundly! Totally recommend ☺️

I've tried a few brands of nose strips, even those magnetic ones, but they never stay on long enough. HAP nose strips are a different story. Used them for hyrox and they stayed on until the end. Granted they still came off at the end but that was understandable due to the crazy amount of sweat and it was after I finished. Clear colour is a bonus so i dont look like i'm about to go to war. 🤣

HAP nose strips are made very well. Feels sturdy and not flimsy like some brands I have tried. Very adhesive as well, it stuck through my Hyrox race and peeling it off didn't leave any stickiness. I've used many different brands of nose strips before, and HAP is definitely the best in quality.

Used the strips on two occasions, and I slept noticeably better, and definitely stronger in fitness activities! Still early days but promising.

Started using it for 3 days now and couldn't be any happier. No more snoring and waking up in the morning has never been this better. We will continue to use it.

I always have blocked nose, even on the go, even in the car, most of the day. I tried HAP nose strip to see if it will improve my breathing. And, there is less congestion!
